Grand View Estates is a covenant controlled community of 63 homes on 1 to 3 acre lots with an open, brick ranch home environment and features a well-maintained private 9-hole executive golf course with fantastic views of Mount Meeker, Longs Peak and the Front Range. The community-owned garage that houses the golf course equipment also serves as a meeting place for community affairs.
The Grand View Estates Association is a close-knit community that offers many opportunities to draw homeowners together, such as golf tournaments, holiday parties, sewing club, Welcoming Committee, and the Golf Committee to name just a few.
Grand View Estates is located in Weld County, 2 miles east of Interstate 25, just 10 miles east of Longmont and 30 miles north of Denver.
